Diaphragm separator with pressure gauge Z500/501

The separator made of thermoplastic material PVC-U, PP or PVDF with a PTFE membrane, prevents the pressure gauge from corrosion and transmits the pressure to the pressure gauge, can be threaded at ¼‘ or ½’ and the pressure gauge made of stainless steel material 316, are PN10, and the ranges of the pressure gauge can be from 0 to 2,5 bar from 0 to 4 bar from 0 to 6 bar or from 0 to 10 bar.
Applications
• Industria de procesos químicos
• Alimentación y bebidas
• Tratamiento del agua
• Refrigeración
• Construcción naval
Use – Pressure transmission
• The line pressure is transferred to the pressure gauge via a buffer fluid. The large diaphragm surface and the low compressibility of the buffer fluid guarantee an accurate indication.
• Wide range of applications as they are available in a variety of materials.
Fluids
• Solids-free neutral media and aggressive liquid media if the valve components in contact with the media are resistant to the operating temperature according to the Divatec resistance list.
