Pressure relief valve V186-V86

The pressure relief valve V 186 is used when a constant back pressure is required for process operation. Installed as a bypass, it can also be used as a relief valve to reduce pressure peaks.
The cavity-free and gasket-free valve body design makes it particularly suitable for high purity and aggressive fluid applications.
The spring force can be adjusted as required by means of the adjusting screw and secured with the lock nut.
Features
- Materials: PVC-U, PP-H, PVDF
- DN 10-50 / DN 65-80 / DN 100
Advantage
- Wetted parts of high corrosion resistant plastics
- Operating pressure set with adjusting screw and secured with lock nut
- No auxiliary power is required to operate the valve.
- If necessary, the fitting can also be sealed with lead.
- Control deviations are kept low thanks to the large control surface and the spiral spring.
- The valve requires little maintenance
- Variable mounting position and compact design
Applications
- Construction of chemical facilities
- Construction of industrial facilities
- Water treatment
- Galvanotechnique
